Why solve this problem?
We started a company before Emotive which was a loyalty platform for small businesses. SMS and messaging was a critical component of that platform. Over time, we noticed consumers actually ordering in the SMS thread which gave us strong conviction that SMS had potential to become the next UI for commerce.
