Their software powers digital ordering, payments, CRM, supply chain, and POS with embedded finance--connecting ecommerce with in-store operations for automotive shops.

If you look at the U.S. market today, there are 240K auto shops across the country–predominantly independent SMBs. These shops use 3-5 disparate software systems to manage their businesses—that’s if they are running software at all. The remainder are still using pad and paper. These archaic systems are no match for the consumers' shopping expectations. In the same way that restaurant SaaS facilitates online ordering, pickup, and delivery with seamless integration of the ordering, food prep, and supply chain–automotive service shops are now expected to provide a similar level of service to their consumers.
